Has being at home increased the size of your butt or your gut? Well, we can help with that! Amanda is offering this great workout online. You will target the most common problem areas we face. You will be challenged with great exercises that will tone up your arms, abs and glutes, all while strengthening your core.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am. It’s fun and you will improve your overall health and strengthen your core. There are also surprise guests every now and then, both two and four legged to make you laugh!
Materials needed: Weights, yoga mat, small box jump (can use a coffee table)
