This all-inclusive course consists of Medical Terminology, Medical Front Office Skills, Electronic Medical Records Boot Camp, and Medical Billing. In addition, upon completion of all courses, you will sit for your CMAA (Certified Medical Administrative Assistant) Certification exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). $3200 includes national certification, all books, fees, and resume and job assistance. York Adult Education invites you to enjoy a safe and comfortable space for walking at York Middle School. Join us Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM to get your steps in and stay active, no matter the weather.

Choose Your Own Adventure: Walk at your own pace and choose from mapped-out routes with mileage markers.

Optional Challenges: Tackle the stairs for an extra boost or add variety to your routine with exercise stops along the way.

Get ready for summer by turning your sea glass and small beach stones into beautiful jewelry! In this class, we'll discuss the best drill bits to use and how to drill glass without overheating it. Bring in your favorite collection and transform them into earrings, pendants, or even rings. We'll show many examples of what you can create with your drilled treasures. No experience is required, and all materials and supplies are provided. Join us and make unique pieces from your summer finds!

This class will begin with an overview of basic estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives. You will then explore how revocable trusts can help avoid probate and protect your privacy, and how irrevocable trusts can safeguard your assets from nursing home or MaineCare (Medicaid) liens. The discussion will also cover strategies to protect assets from life events such as business failure or the divorce of adult children. Kathryn Bedell, a lawyer based in York, Maine, will lead the class. With 31 years of experience, Kathryn specializes in estate planning, asset preservation, and probate matters.

You will be able to choose from tons of different beads and clasps. Dede will be there to provide you with any guidance that you might needand to finish your creations off with clasps if you need her to.There will be no style agenda giving you the opportunity to create whatever you like.

Dede have been teaching beading classes for a very long time and is looking forward to having another fun group of creative people to work with.
